My daughter rented a vehicle and when she returned it she accidentally left my camera, which she had borrowed from me, in the car. She did not realize this until the following evening when she returned home. So after 2 days she called Hertz and they had found the camera and were holding it for her. I just want to thank you for operating a top notch operation with honest and reliable staff. Thank you. We will always use Hertz for our rental cars. It is nice to know that excellent service still exists today.
