I have used this facitily since it opened. The manager and staff may change, but the expert service never does.

Made my mom feel horrible man was very rude to her rolled his eyes and judged her only because of the car she came in that was old asking her all these questions and telling her that she couldnt rent unless she had it but as soon as she pulled out a major credit card she started acting somewhat better. Never have we ever experienced this service and will think about the next time i rent. As far as the cars they a new and very clean no problems.

I had a reservation and i kept calling and calling that morning to make sure everything was still good,no answer and it wasn't just one phone call. I arrive there only 2 find 3 customers waiting and only 1 person to attend us all, the person was very courteous as it was not his fault that he was the only one there close to lunch time,I got my car and there were more people after i left and still only 1 person to attend them. On Mon before lunch I return my car only to find 3 people there very helpful to help only me as i was the only customer there. Not sure who is on charge of scheduling or if someone called in on Sat, but should definitely look at weekend schedules, other than that all the employees were helpfull so thank you for the great job, I will definitely be back when i return to visit
