I had a wonderful experience with this location. I reserved ahead of time through costco. The lady that helped us at the counter was friendly, professional, and helpful. The car was clean and ready on time. But the best part of our experience was Roman, the shuttle driver. He took us to and from the airport and was such a delight! He was so kind, courteous, timely, and personable. Our experience with Budget rental started and ended our trip on a positive note. Thank you again!

Having seen the previous reviews about not honoring online quotes, I spoke with customer service where I was informed the price viewed online was the price I was going to have to pay. I printed out the chat conversation and yet, they still would not charge me the expected amount quoting the same issues of the business being a "franchise."

Car was fine but both on arrival and departure on separate days and shifts waited more than 10 mins for anyone to even come to front desk. Had to walk around premises to find help on our own. Guy on arrival was very disinterested in helping and still waiting on someone to show up so I can leave... will note that shuttle driver (John Monk) was very professional and friendly. (When guy on my return finally 'woke up'? from somewhere in the back, he was more interested in giving his opinion on NFL than helping me check out. Took way too long...)

I was going to be charged each day for using more than 100 miles a day because the franchise has a different (unlisted nor mentioned) policy than the company's unlimited miles agreement.

This place is horrible! It is owned by an individual and not technically by the chain so they are able to make up whatever rules they want. Getting a quote from them is nearly impossible. They have overcharged me multiple times that now I just go to the airport and get my rental car there. They are much nicer and easier to deal with. These people are as dishonest as they come. I asked to speak with their manager one time and they kept stating that he was not there yet. They couldn't tell me what time he would get there or a number to contact him. All they gave me was his name. I went outside to inspect my rental car and as I came back, I overheard one of the employees calling out the manager's name in the back room. I asked them, is that the manager? I thought he wasn't here yet? She proceeds to tell me that oh he just got there. What a freaking lie! Don't trust these people! Do yourself a favor and drive 2 more minutes to the airport to get your rental needs.

There was no mention of bringing along insurance information either until arrival. When she said it's in the Terms and Conditions section, I opened it up and found nothing stating the need for insurance papers on hand, she decided it was because this business is a franchise.

So I had a rental from Houston and had so many mechanical issues with the vehicle. I was in town for work and drove here. My roadside assistance rep told me to go to this location and swap my vehicle. It's a privately owned franchise and I can only swap for a corporate vehicle. They were supposed to hold the full size car they had for me. When I got there, the representative was so rude! She said she rented my replacement out. And she would have to get one from another location. So I asked her to do what needed to be done. She pretty much told me it was too much of a hassle. I asked for the manager and he didn't know what to do either. He didn't even know how to handle a business account. Then, the next time I was there, I flew in and had a vehicle reserved. They assured me I'd have a shuttle waiting and once I stepped off the plane I found out they closed 10 minutes ago. I had to take a taxi. Worst experience ever.
