I won't be renting from Avis again. Unfortunately their corporate customer service does not take into consideration if your return is delayed more than 30 minutes due to unforeseen circumstances such as a traffic fatality and/or roadside construction. They really should try harder.
My usual car rental company was out of cars so I booked Avis and Avis was fast and friendly. The car was clean and drove great. I would use them again for sure.

Arrived at the airport Wednesday 4/6/16 at 1015 am and walked up to the counter, the Avis manager had the paperwork ready and took care of me........5 minutes later I was walking to my rental. Thank you!
Zero stars really. If you enjoy standing outside for 20 minutes waiting for your car to not be pulled up, then THIS is the car rental for you! Their unprofessional, lowlife car driver, Patrick, makes me think he flunked out of cafeteria. He was rude, told me repeatedly to hurry up and sign already, hurry up and sign already and warned me how the plane just landed. For the record, I didn't arrive on a plane, moron. He's about 40 yrs. old, salt and pepper hair and may not understand simple directions such as, bring the car around front.
