Carlos is an excellent, experienced gunsmith. He took a hunting rifle which had been accidentally packed wet and made the bluing look brand new again. His bore-sighting was 5 inches high at 50 yards. The next week my daughter used the gun to take her first whitetail. Carlos' well equipped shop is in his home just off Ed Carey Drive.
Work takes a long time to be fixed, and I'm not happy with the quality of work. Had 2 muzzle devices put on rifles, 1 came loose the other is crooked. Had a gas block pinned and gas port ended up misaligned. After 9 months had to take it back and have to wait again to be done right. Old parts always seem to get lost and some stuff gets lost off my guns.
