Security is very good here. I mean you get what you pay for and that's probably the best security system in town. I loved it here. The only downfall is the custom service. The new lady or whatever is very rude. She cares more about leaving before one then the customer.

All I have to say is that they have poor customer service and you should be very skeptic of their security . . . I think it would be best to visit other storage places, ones that aren't name "Rio Storage".
