WHAT A RIP OFF-- BEWARE!
You would figure that in these days where it is tough to get new business that you would want to take care of your customers? NOT THESE GUYS. I should have known when I first went in their office and their furniture from the 1970's smelled like cigarette smoke and pet urine.
I called the location and spoke to an Angela, who seemed nice but she just said- We don't do that. I politely gave her a second chance and asked that she could offer a fair refund based on usage and she refused.

Super friendly and they work with you when times get hard which is a plus
I have used at least 3 other nearby storage units in the past and they pro-rate your first month AND the last month fees. But when I recently moved out of this unit, I come to find a full month's charge on my credit card, even though I only used 9 days.
