The overall experience was not good at all. They ran out of both biscuits and cornbread, also ran out of lima beans. All understandable. What wasn't understandable, was our waiter's lack of service. We were out of drinks and he passed our table several times with even a glance at us. He didn't come back to check on us. Though he was very attentive to the table next to us. Until they asked for all separate checks. I got up to ask him for a refill and he seemed annoyed that I did. The waiter who finally brought out the bread instantly asked if we needed refills and had no issue doing so in a timely manner. Once "our" waiter came with refills and saw we had them already, he just paused and walked away with them. He never apologized, nor did he ask how the food was. Once he brought the receipt, he rudely placed it on the bread in which we were still eating. LAME.
Horrible service. I walked with another couple that was husband was handicapped. The wife walked through the very busy store with isle so stuffed it us hard to navigate even for the best of walkers. She gave her name and woman at desk said 10 minutws. So she went outside to get her husband to walk inside. While inside she asked for help on getting a chair for her husband and cashier was totally lost. Could not figure out what to do. Come on folks a simple chair for this guy to rest. A little assistance. Fast track him to a table which is available. The manager had no idea couldn't figure how quickly to take care of this handicapped gentlemen. I spoke up for this couple if it wasn't for the struggle to have this guy enjoy a meal out they would have left. In speaking with the manager I felt he was more interested in quantity of service not in quality. I decided to leave. The manager followed me to the door and told me that I had to understand they were short staffed. So sad about Cracker Barrel
Long line. Had to beg for a waitress. Ordered and 20 minutes later was told they didn't have meatloaf???? It's freaking meatloaf, for real. The cracker barrel in mission is a lot better.
The food is amazing. The employees are very kind and welcoming. I will come here again. Definitely one of my favorites. My boyfriend and I came to celebrate our anniversary. Excellent service. Waitress especially was very funny and very kind!
My buddy and I got here around 10:45am and it was very busy, but we got a table rather quickly. The pancakes are fantastic, especially with the cinnamon apple topping! Our server would come by and ask if we needed refills every so often, and another server entirely brought our food out to us; both were very attentive. Overall, for a busy brunch time, it was worth the money spent!
