The management sucks there. Always putting down their employees.
Didn't have my pizza or wasn't readyy, l called in 2 hrs. A head of time, and order wasnt ready.
No signs anywhere indicating you need to order 30 minutes before using their New drive thru that they have advertise to use. Waisted 20 minutes in line for them to tell me I would have to wait 30 more minutes for a pizza. Pizza Hut why put a drive thru if customers still have to order ahead of time? The new building and new drive thru was a waist of money, I will never come again.
The worst Pizza Hut in existence. The driver never delivered to my home, lied to me saying he rang the bell when I called. I then spoke to the manager, she was highly rude. She never offered another delivery attempt nor a refund. The manager was stand-offish and made it seem like it was my fault. When I aired out my grievances she argued and spoke over me. In my whole life, I have never been treated this way. I will never do business there and am reluctant to order any more Pizza Hut.
Loved service also the hook up with danny with the stuff cheese crust and stuff crust pepperoni
