Always seem to enjoy staff company well the ones who talk to customers. Super attentive and nice.
They have a buffet where you can choose what you want to eat... Its fun for family and friends... There's great customer service and when you dont see a meal or dessert u like you may ask and they make it for you right away... It also has many games to play and you can win awesome prizes.. This a great place to visit
5:40 PM 11/11/17, stops in to the Harlingen, Tx store after a 12 hour shift for my free medium veterans day pizza (that was advertised in the newspaper), the manger said nope, you can eat the buffet but we stopped doing the medium take out 5 minutes ago, i said you stopped at 5:35 PM??? She looked at the girl next to her, smiled and said, yep. I guess Gatti's will honor a veteran if they don't have to go out of their way for you (IE making you a pizza, but you can eat what's sitting under the heat lamp. Guess i should have stayed with Papa Johns. So disappointing.
Nice but you know where you're visiting. We go for the food but very noisy and kids grabbing foods with their hands. Overall like I said you know where you're going so be prepared to deal with it. Food and staff is great.
Ppl in the front are so awesome and friendly, but the girl cleaning the restrooms was suuuuuper rude. But besides that, the food is good also.
