For starters The place seemed to be under construction and there were alot of safety hazards building material all over the place no hazard warning or keep off signs. They made you go through the back entrance And the "office" was one of the rooms. And let's not talk about the service the cleaning lady (chris)was very rude the first day she said if we want room service we all need to get out now because she was unable to clean or service the room with anybody in it. I've never heard of that and i stay in hotels every other week all over the U.S. i asked if I could simply stay she rudely responded no. The next day my brand new guess shirt was missing need I say I only had 2 outfits with me and it was never found. Good thing I took all my valuables out of the room. I called front desk they said if it were found in the laundry at a later time it would be shipped to me at my expense.. .No one apologized nothing I have no doubt she took it. I will be making a report regarding this location.
Stayed at the hotel with a large group. The room was outdated and smelled a little, but is likely completely renovated by now. The best part of the stay was Saarang Rama. He is a tremendous general manager and is a great asset to the hotel.
The Inn is under reconstruction, but it not interfere with our stay. It's still very nice and comfortable.
The room location was on the third floor and very newly renovated. It was very clean, and the set up was great since we have younger kids that went to bed early. We were able to use the separate lounge area, tv and bathroom without disturbing the sleeping kids in the adjoining room. The breakfast was also very good and constantly being replenished.
Easy access from Highway and City although the rooms and hotel have been recently remodeled the quality of remodel and workmanship is very disappointing and cheap I've stayed here at least five times in the last 2 years but I do not believe I will go back again
