These people have shown more care consideration or respect for their employees and customers then a dozen of the other stores I've been to in the area including the larger hardware stores.
Great customer service, knowledgeable staff very courteous. Service and delivery top notch. Reasonable prices and will match competitors prices. Overall great place to shop for home repair items.
This location has EXCELLENT service and I consistently find that they go above and beyond to help me find what I need. I just got a phone call from a gentleman there who was following up on some HDPE- high density plastic board that I was looking for in large quantities. They did not carry that product but he gave me some recommendations for places to call that may carry it, and took my name and phone number in case he was able to find it. Sure enough, he just left a voicemail with a phone number for a company not affiliated with McCoys that I will be able to order from- THIS is excellent service!! Helping me find what I need even if it's not buying through them. Just cements my years of great experiences working with this McCoy's location. These people are truly the best and it is SO appreciated!

Small location but with basics you would expect available. Help is more accessible than at Lowes or home depot and prices are not out of line.
