The employees were extremely friendly. I've been buying from HF before anyone had heard of them. Back in the day it was a catalog and mail order only... I love their tools.
Rude, rude just rude..... my experience was with a gentleman named Merced (store manager). I walked up to him this afternoon with a air hose that was defective a d I stated that "I had purchased the hose in brownsville." Right away he cut me off and said he couldn't look up my receipt and that the hose had "90 day warranty with a receipt." As much as i agree with the policy, little did he k ow that I was there to purchase a tool box and a new compressor, as mine stopped working yesterday. I was there to take advantage of the 25% off coupon. Soooo to whom it may concern, i will take my business elsewhere where a 15$ air hose brings about 1500$ in business revenue. Keep up the great work Merced!
