Just got ripped off by Janos will not go back again
the above was yesterday. today(1115/16 )they have not called a big box store will be cheaper and have better service
If yo buy from janos do not expect good service. I rate them as one but zero is more like it

i bought an electric stove with 2 ovens in 2004. today i called janps in harlingen and asked for a repairman to come fix it because one burner does not work on high heat. I was told that a repairman will come when he is near my hime. I asked when will that be? Janos had no idea. but they will call when near by.
