Staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable. The store has a few nice pieces, but is limited due to the store size. There is also a limited selection of Kincaid and lazyboy furniture in the Harlingen store.
This is one of the oldest and most well-known furniture stores in Harlingen. While this Craig's is probably the smallest one in the Valley, they still have a decent selection in the showroom.
Obviously, be a little weary of the salespeople. I have had nothing but nice experiences with them, but sometimes the prices they ask are a little high... and it's often better to wait for a store deal before making a final decision. Don't be afraid to leave and browse other stores for better prices and pieces elsewhere before purchasing something here.
Nice sales lady. Unfortunately we did not buy from there nor any other furniture store in Harlingen. We ended up at Lacks.
Very UNHAPPY with this store, I found living room tables set and was told they would match 110% if I found them somewhere else. Well I did, and when I called and talk to A.J. Villalobos, first he didn't call me back and then when I called back he informed me that the "OWNERS" had said "If she found them at a lesser prices tell her to buy them there". They refused to do the price match. I felt I was being lied to just to make the purchase, they backed out real quick on doing the price match. So if you shop there and you're told this DO NOT BELIEVE that there is a price match. Needless to say I still got my tables but elsewhere!!!!!!
