ESTELLA FLOWER SHOP JUST DELIVERED FLOWERS TO MY WORK FOR VALENTINES DAY THAT MY HUSBAND SENT ME AND THE FLOWERS WERE WILTED WITH A SMALL BOW THAT LOOKED LIKE A 2 YEAR OLD CHILD MADE IT. I SENT A PICTURE TO MY HUSBAND AND WAS HE APPALLED WITH WHAT I GOT FOR $100.00+ DOLLARS. THE ARRANGEMENT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH BALLOONS AND CHOCOLATES. I RECEIVED THE CHOCOLATES 4 HOURS LATER AFTER MY HUSBAND COMPLAINED BUT NEVER RECEIVED THE BALLOONS. MY HUSBAND TOLD ME THAT ESTELLA WOULD NOT ANSWER ANY MORE OF HIS PHONE CALLS AFTER HE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE FLOWERS AND SERVICE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE ONE TO ORDER OR PURCHASE ROSES FROM ESTELLA FLOWER SHOP. SHE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DID NOT MAKE ANY EFFORT TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

OMG!! My mom received the most gorgeous post surgery flowers from Lucy at Estella's! I asked for a $75, summer floral and was pleasantly surprised to see the quality and pride that went into her work. Don't know that I've ever seen prettier!
