Residing 5 hours' drive from Harlingen as we do, and unable to order in person, my anxiety that everything be just right was soothed by the gentle patience yet detailed efficiency of the person who took my order by phone (a few days prior the day of delivery) -- especially as I sought to word our condolences for the bouquet's card; which I edited at least three times and interrupted with scripture searches.
The standing spray was generous; freshly made the morning of and delivered to the church prior the early afternoon memorial service on a Saturday (a day Bloomers is open only a few hours). The artistry & number of flowers was above and beyond the already beautiful arrangement we had chosen from Bloomers' website. Great value for the cost.
Bloomers has been our "go to" flower shop for over 20 years for both personal and business needs. We have purchased several funeral sprays and casket covers for our company employee families over the years from Bloomers. The families are always very happy with the design and quality of the arrangements. Several times Pam and her crew have gone "above and beyond" and came to work on a Sunday to have the arrangements available for a Monday morning funeral. And delivery on time is always part of their service. Can't say enough good things about Bloomers. Let's just say that my 89 year old Mom has been blown away by the special flowers designs she has received for several birthdays, mothers days and holidays. Tears of joy are worth a lot.
We ordered something for a co-workers family members funeral, so with no knowledge of the area, I was just taking a chance and relying on google. I couldn't be more please with the large arrangement that was delivered. The pictures on the website did no justice to what actually showed up. It was absolutely stunning and the price can't be beat!
And then in closing, she reassured me that she was working Saturday morning and would deliver the arrangement herself. Thoughtful customer service like that is rare and increased the value of this purchase far beyond expectations (even though my expectations were already high, given the excellent customer reviews).
This place has alot of assortments of flowers so you can buy for your loved ones.They treat you like family.
