My husband bought my engagement ring here and it keeps on breaking. I've only had it for a little bit over a year. My ring has already broke 4 times. I just got it back last week and it broke again yesterday for the 5th time. I'm tired of taking it in. I have to drive from Edinburg to Harlingen just to get it fix. This will be the last time we buy from Sears.
Has good products but the store staff not to helpful if you're going to have workers in the tool section section they should at least have the little bit of knowledge of tools
Very well staffed very friendly as well always get great service.
Check your receipt. Some of the marked prices are higher at checkout. They did honor the posted price but if we wouldn't of noticed, we would have paid more for the items
