Bad customer service. Tried to convince me I didn't need an alignment because they were busy. Condescending and patronizing attitude, warning, they will talk to you like you're stupid.
Made a 7:30am appt. Arrived at 7:30 am. Woman who walked in ahead was taken first. Man in line for 8am appt. was taken first. Appts. mean nothing!! When asked clerk said" they were here first". Never again.
