Got a goid deal on dog food. I wanted to buy a container of dog treats that was crushed and on the self. Asked manager to give me a discount she said OH NO SOMEONE WILL BY THIS DAMAGED ITEM FOR FULL PRICE. Why would someone buy a crushed dog treat container for full price when there are full price one not crushed on same shelf.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at a local pet groomer because according to them I "cut my pups hair too short" so I went into PetSmart looking for a multivitamin and the trainer Daniel helped me look for what I needed as I had a meltdown because of the guilt I felt. As I was in tears he calmed me down and was really helpful explaining how puppy's hair will grow back and that it's all a learning experience as first time parents. I'm really thankful. This branch always has helpful staff. You can tell they enjoy interacting with animals.
