First, the park residents are very nice! BUT, the site given to us was beyond terrible! Our 5th wheel kept sinking, the site would turn into a lake after a rain. We found out after departing that they excavated the site and the adjoining site due to a "leak". We were told by the residents of the park they had warned the management not to lease out that site. After complaining numerous times about the issue we left! The management would not reimburse our remaining 3 months. The park is way past its prime and noisy. If you are a train enthusiast and love traffic noise, this is the place for you!
