Extremely poor customer service have been trying to reach someone at 423-1464 for the past 3hrs and haven't had any luck! I wouldn't recommend USPS at all!
Poor customer service. Pd $ 80 for pk guarantee delivery or money back. Date 10/18. Document never arrived. And I don't get my money back supervisor no help . moody employees
Never answer their phones, bad service... And get this their across the street from a church...
UPDATE : Clerks have been issuing receipts to customers featuring links to a survey reviewing the service they received. This, shortly after this review and a call to USPS regional office about my experience. Hopefully, this results in a new, albeit forced ethos of order at this venue. Otherwise, Rudy the clerk is arrogant and condescending .Clerks play dumb about specific information when asked. Five phone calls at different times and days resulted in no answer.
The staff is pretty nice! It was my second visit and the employee remembered me and remembered how I wanted it sent!
