If they show up at all, it will be at least 3 or 4 hours from what they schedule with you, and if they ever get there, they have an awful attitude. Horrible customer service,
Don't bother. Called and asked for a quote and he wanted to know what the other guys were going to charge. Seriously? Then proceeded to be a rude jerk. They obviously don't want the business.
I called on a Sunday for a clogged drain. He couldn't come out right away, but for another 2 hours. I kept calling other plumbers to see if they could get out earlier and other plumbers were available. I called Rick back to cancel. He was nice about it. Then the other plumber stalled on me and I called Rick back and apologized and asked if he could come. He agrees to send someone out in a hour and half. I said that was fine. Then the original plumber shows up. It had only been ten minutes since I called Rick plumbing, so I called again and cancelled, Yes, my fault I know. I was apologetic but he was very rude about it, telling me "yea right you're sorry, my guys are already going over there." I told him, it hasn't even been an hour or close to an hour for me to cancel. It had only been about 15 min. He hung up on me. He was nice at first, then was rude about me cancelling. I apologized for it. J and S plumbing showed up and fixed the problem. They're very nice too.
Rude, rude, rude..The guy at the other end kept telling me to shush and wait while I was trying explain my problem. And if you dont give him the info he wants to hear he'll shut you out. If you dont believe call for yourself and if an older guy answers get ready..Moving on.
It was Sunday had a water pipe leaking under our mobile. We called Rick's and we were the 2nd appt. They came out, and within 30 minutes had it fixed plus a problem we had with water going to hot water heater. They will be on our list to call for any plumbing problems. The two workers were friendly and efficient!
