Communication has to improve drastically from health care professionals to patients and their families. My mom has been at this hospital for 3 days. Trying to get updates on her prognosis has been like pulling teeth. She had x-rays done this morning on her spinal cord...still waiting for results at 8:45 P.M. Quality of care is mediocre at best.
WORST COMMUNICATION FROM A HOSPITAL.........HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE MISSED THE WHOLE DELIVERY CAUSE THEY ARE UNDER STAFFED AND NOONE COULD CALL ME INTO THE DELIVERY ROOM. DISGUSTING FEELING I CANNOT GET RID OF WOULD HAVE PUT ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE CANNOT IMAGING THIS FROM A HOSPITAL SHOULD HAVE GONE TO VALLEY BAPTIST HAD TWO EXCELLENT EXPERIENCES DONT LET YOU DOCTOR RECOMMEND THIS HORRRIBLE PLACE THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT SAVING MONEY BY NOT HIRING ENOUGH STAFF. THEY SENT EVERONE TO BOTHER US IN OUR ROOM AFTER THE FACT TO APOLOGIZE MAKING OUR SPECIAL DAY WORSE.......VERY UPSET AND VERY PIST
My mom loves this Hsspiyal and I feel the same way. I do have to say that emergency room protocol is very bad. Today I had to bring my mom to the emergency room here for possible stroke are heart attack and I actually walked into no one being there and had to start knocking on doors and trying door knobs to find someone to come take her from my vehicle and help her. Then when I do find someone it took a little longer than you would think for them to get her from my vehicle considering the circumstances. Other than this hick up This is a great place to come and very detailed in your care. This happens again then I would be very concerned about coming here. If not for this it would have been a five star rating. Man your emergencyroom.
