EXCELLENT I HAVE BEEN TO MANY AND THIS IS DEFINITELY THE BEST FROM THE NURSES TO THE STAFF EVERYONE IS VERY POLITE
Was diagnosed but never got assistance with medication or referrals for assistance to see a counselor or Psychiatrist. I am lost on what to do with no medication or assistance.
Overall i had a wonderful experience while a patient at TTBH. I wish to thank EVERYONE from my case manager Dana Castillo to my peer providers Yolanda Lucio and Norma Santibanez who i literally owe my life to their hard work and who made it possible for me to have a healthy recovery.I wish to thank my mental health therapist Angie Miller,all the nursing staff at primary care especially Joe, Chrystal ,Jessie and Belinda..Everyone at the pharmacy was very courteous ,kind and understanding as well as very professional.and the transportation drivers Priscilla ,Roy ,and Joel.. I had a great caring team of unending support..I wish to express my deepest gratitude to Dianne Moya, Norma Santibanez, and Karrina at the D.I.C. The Drop in Center is a great place to be if you ever need a place to heal and recover..its a life changer..THANK YOU ALL..Victor C. Valdez..
They never got back to me.. The last time I waited a year and a half for a call back.. I went back six months ago and still no reply.. Texas is the worst state for health and mental health help..
Came with my boyfriend to get him some info on how it works here and the front lady made us feel so dumb. She did not help at all and she asked my boyfriend very rudely and loud “what’s wrong? YOU’RE DEPRESSED?” so rude. We did not get the help he needed from here. Horrible receptionist. Someone like that should not be working there. Horrible overall experience. Went to the Brownsville location and they were awesome!
