Love HEB, their produce is grown locally n in the state of TX, plus the got great deals with their coupons every week.
I was truly amazed by everyone's attentiveness! Several aisles had a HEB employee assisting customers! We loved it! My family loved Harlingen Texas, if ever the possibility, we will move there! We encountered exceptional service and just right down sweet people. Thank you!
Excellent customer service in store and over the phone. I'd say 9 out of 10 they'll even order stuff not usually kept in the store. Fastest checkers and baggers I've ever had.
Kinda dirty always busy n full....I prefer our HEB but this one does have more options especially for sushi...I don't usually come to this HEB however I was in the area,we needed a few, and I wanted to try the HEB app that I had just downloaded specifically all for the mobile coupons what happened?? We I'm dropping my rating cuz I don't know how else to get this HEB to expect more from there employees and this goes to front of house cashiers...first we weren't told or offered any kind of coupons we may want to try it be able to use ex: I literally had 2 big bags of lays I ended up finding a mobile coupon for HEB chips 3 for 5...if it's ur own product and it benefits u y not suggedtvor offer, whatever I find the coupons on the app swap out chips drinks n dip to better deals the girl to star was a lil rude....didn't even pretend to enjoy her job...had no idea how ring up or scan the mobile coupons or how the app worked no help there....she refused to try and honor the coupons didn't even attempt to call for help ....flat out just wanted us gone...so needless to say I didn't save and I didn't even get to use the coupons...
Seeing that it is before Thanksgiving, this store was super busy so it took a bit of maneuvering to get around. However the employees were very nice and helpful. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the blocked off entrance and part of parking lot due to painting of building. Really? They picked the busy season for painting. This store is located on expressway 83 and not the one on Morgan so I dont know if I'm commenting on right location. Since the parking lot was so full, the handicap parking was much abused by customers that were not handicapped. Thats the only frustration my husband and I faced.
