This place has the worst business practices, customer service, and integrity of any meat processor/taxidermy I've dealt with anywhere between New Braunfels, San Antonio, Laredo, and all of the Rio Grande Valley. I took them a white tail buck and axis doe in February for meat processing in February. I called four times to receive an update on my meat and never got one. My dad called several times and went by in person twice. I have never been told where the meat is or the horns from the deer that I put a deposit on to have mounted. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. There are many better choices in the Rio Grande Valley.

The rating of this place is actually lower than a 1! We took them a nelgai bull about a month ago. We have been trying to get our meat with no response back from them. Finally we stopped by (3rd time) and they have no explanation of where our meat is. They say they "let it go bad." They just dont know what happened to the skull and horns either. No phone call from them, no apology, no explanation and no offer to try make it right. They have no ethics, no sense of business and are very unprofessional.
