Don't do business with simplyvast or their partner total imaging. Their tech didn't install the phones correctly and when we had to call to get them correct their mistake, their tech stated that someone in our office changed the settings so the tech call wasn't covered under warranty and keep sending us a bill for the service, after the fact.
