Third time in the last two months that I have had a bad experience. Used to do a very good job. I would show up early and leave one of my vehicles for a couple of hours. I would come back my car or truck would be cleaned and ready. Same as the last two times when I came back after about 2 hours, paid, gave a tip, then when I got in my car I noticed the inside was not even cleaned. This time a felt I had to say something and told the owner's daughter that I do not have time to stay and wait for them to finish but to please look at the job done and see about adjusting the bill or crediting me for the next time. She looked at the incomplete job then called her mom. She told me they would not do either. I told her if that is how you treat a repeat customer I will not come back. She just walked off. I have paid 25 plus tip two to four times a month and used them for years now. I will take my money elsewhere. By.
They always do a great job on our vehicles and at a fair price. We usually don't have to wait very long and the people are friendly.
