***BE WARNED!!!*** Lakewood Trailer and RV Resort WAS "THE ABSOLUTE WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE!!!!"... Sandy the "so called Resort manager" is a WITCH AND A LIAR! she offered a one year lease of Lot 177 (Model Trailer) for $650.00 monthly, no security deposit, to them contact Us 5 days after our move in date; to Demand a $500.00 HIDDEN SECURITY DEPOSIT due Immediately... Or We would have 30 minutes to vacate!!! She went as far as calling local Police in her shady attempt to intimidate Us to leave!!! Word to the Wise... Go ANYWHERE else and save time, money and unnecessary Stress... Good riddance...

They don't keep up on grass mowing, try to mickey-mouse repairs that break again a few days later, over charge for fees owed, bocce ball courts and shuffleboard courts still have not been repaired after promising for 2 years. Anything they can do to make their bottom line look better they will try. Manager plays favoritism with employees. The residents are what make this park, but they are getting so fed up, they are leaving. It won' t be long and we will all be gone.
