This hair salon needs to train their employees on how to approach the pricing of a hair cut and make sure they are trying to give the customer what they want. Talk with the customer and explain what is happening. Won't be going back.
I decided to give this salon a second chance (first time I had a bad experience, )since I love Aveda products, I only needed my roots colored, matching a color I already had. I tought it would be a simple process.I am trying to let my hair grow out.Unfortunately to my despair the color ended up extremely dark, terrible. So I called them for another appointment and they reapplied a different color However, my hair ended up not even close to my initial requested color. Now all my hair is very damaged. The colorist must not be very experienced.
I've called and made appointment numerous times and never have I had such an awful experience trying to set one....
