I am thinking of leaving BOA because there's always a long line although they are very nice but it's bad service, also they won't cash a check from my employer because it's from Wells Fargo if I don't have enough funds to cover it? Although I have never been in bad standing with anyone. They say you have to cash it elsewhere, so I've gone to Wells Fargo a couple of times because of BOA and I like their service, lots of cashier's and fast service. I cash it and then deposit it in Bank Of America. I feel it's wrong and dumb of me but just my 2 cents.
Very dissatisfied with service. I went to make some deposits and for the one the commercial lane is always broken down due to it being old or someone getting the bin stuck in there. Two if you go to the regular drive thru and you have more than one deposit you have to send them one at a time and the the representatives get upset about this. Three the spaces for the cars in drive through are very small as well. Four half the time you go through drive thru they tell you that you need to go inside because it's commercial and they can't do it though the regular drive thru. Five half the time you go inside they have 1 or 2 tellers working with a line of 15 people waiting go get helped.
Ok service. Once you realize its not the employees fault the line is long but rather the fault of customers ahead of you and what they are asking for its not so bad.

Soo Frustrating!!! I just recently opened a business account because my bank is closing soon. The bank associate is very helpful and nice but very difficult to reach by phone. The 2 phone numbers that were given to me did not work, and when I call the main number, it takes me to an automated machine. Attempted to call several times and finally was able to reach a customer service who was not able to answer my question who then transferred me back to an automated machine. Been on hold for over 60 minutes and still patiently waiting, listening to the phone advertisement. I was going to transfer my merchant service and personal account as well with Bank of America but I think I may have to use a local community bank instead.
Yesterday, i went back to make a deposit and teller gave me back the correct change because i wrote it down for them but they kept my license. Tried calling them back yesterday and this morning and nobody answers. Been banking there for years and never had this much trouble. Definitely a reflection of current management.
Drive thru is horrible. Made several deposits and teller did not returned back my change. Kept about $40 dollars of my change. Talked to her supervisor and that person was real shady. No customer service skills. Said she would call me back, still waiting.
