If I could leave zero star's I would. We have had an issue trying to get a document from the irs for two months. We have called seveal times and they send the wrong thing but at least on the phone they were polite. We were advised by our tax office to go to the office because we weren't having any luck by phone. So we went to the Harlingen location and the woman we spoke with was so incredibly rude and mouthy we both were absolutely stunned. She would not allow us to even finish our statement as to what we were looking for before interrupting us and telling us what steps we needed to take we were trying to tell her we had already taken them and she would interrupt again and continue saying what she felt we needed to do. Regardless of how many times we tried to explain the steps we had already taken and what we were looking to obtain the communication could never be finished before she cut us off. Finally my husband ask her to stop interrupting so we could finish explain to her what we were looking for and she told him that he was rude and that she didn't feel he was listening. We are both patient people. It is absolutely appalling and that someone in an office dealing with an already sensitive subject matter would be so incredibly incompetent and rude and their position. This office needs to seriously reevaluate their personnel and consider hiring people that have some form of professionalism as this girl had absolutely nothing. After this experience we get online to read reviews and it appears that we are not the only people that have had this experience at this location perhaps this is all something to be taken into consideration by the office though I doubt it. If you have someone working for you that is that blatantly rude and loudly rude at that it says to me that the management is not only aware of it but is willing to turn a blind eye to it. Think I should be writing a letter to Donald Trump regarding this circumstance and see what they have to say about it.
